FRENCH BUDGET PASSED AT LAST
PARIS, January 2. After passing and repassing between the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate in a serias of sittings which lasted for more than 32 hours, the Budget finally passed the Chamber early in the morning by 457 votes to 75. Both Houses then adjourned for the customary New Year recess.
