ROAD ACCIDENTS
TWO FATALITIES ELDERLY MAM STRUCK (By Telegraph.—Press /Association.) AUCKLAND, January 3. Knocked down by a at the corner of the Grc&t South Road and Green Lane Road.'j on Saturday afternoon, a married man, Martin Francis Hansbury, 70, retired, of Green Lane, was seriopsly injured and died in Auckland Hospital this morning. .. . Hansbury was walking across the intersection at about 3jjs p.m. when he was struck by a motorcycle which was travelling towards thle city. He suffered concussion and a compound fracture of the right arm. The lfider of the motorcycle suffered slight abrasions, but was not admitted to 1 bospital.
