FLYING DOCTOR
CORONER'S TRIBUTE (B;r Telegraph.—Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, This Day. An inquest into the death of Mr. Sutton Jones, victim of the aeroplane crash at Big Bay, was opened last night and was adjourned sine die. The acting Coroner, Mr. James Ward, referred to the work of Dr. L. C. McNickle, medical superintendent of the Southland Hospital, who flew to Big Bay on Thursday, and said that the district was fortunate that it had a flyini! doctor. It was reported last night that the cond tion of Sister Buckingham and Mr. ijr. Ross was satisfactory and that Mr. W. E. Hunt was fairly comfortable and his condition quite satisfactory.
