LIMIT FOR GOLF BAG RULE RECOMMENDED (Received January 2, 10.30 a-in.) LONDON. January 1. The Rules of Golf Committee an« nounces that it will recommend to the Royal and Ancient meeting next May that the number, of clubs which may be used to play a'garae be limited to fourteen. The United States Golf Association has agreed to support ths recommendation.
