• (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WHANGAREI, This Day. The Waipu Highland games wer» badly interfered with by rain yester* day. The Highland reel championship was won by W. D. H. Bochwell (Masterton), and the North Island sword dance championship by J. Dunn. The New Zealand bagpipe championship, slow airs, went to M. McKenzia (Masterton). The weather .has now cleared.
