FORCED LANDING ON MOUNTAIN
NEW YORK,' December 10.
Lost in a storm of rain and snow, a transport aeroplane with 11 persons aboard made a forced landing on a mountainside. The pflot, Merrill, who recently flew the Atlantic, with Richman, landed with such skill that no passengers were injured. He was scratched and lost a tooth.
