LAMB MARKET EASIER

On the frozen lamb market in London trade is slow with, prices easier owing to heavier arrivals, according to the weekly cable received by. the New Zealand Meat Producers' Board. Old season's stocks are nearly ; exhausted. Wethers are firm and the market for ewes is steady and unchanged. Frozen beef is a shade firmer for hindquarters with better inquiry. Chilled beef is firmer owing to lighter supplies. The market for New Zealand porker pigs is firm, with good trade. Quotations for baconers are nominal.
