For their fourth offences of drunkenness, Angas M.ackay, a seaman, aged 46, Timothy1 Kelly, a labourer, aged 54, and Albert- Arthur. Baker, a labourer, aged 44, were each sentenced to three months' imprisonment by Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today.
Lady Owen, widow of the late Sir L. Owen, formerly Judge of the New South Wales Supreme Court, arrived by the Awatea from Sydney this morning.
