DECREES NISI GRANTED
Two decrees nisi were granted in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon after "The Post" went to press by the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers). John Andrew McKay (Mr. R. L. A. Cress well) succeeded in his petition against Charlotte Eva McKay, on the grounds of non-compliance with an order for restitution of conjugal rights; and Bertram Yeatts Bolton (Mr. H. A. Taylor) was granted a decree nisi against Stanlye Helen Ewart Bolton, on the grounds of separation.
