KARORI ROSE SHOW.
'The Karori Rose Show, which is to be held in the Parish Hall, Karori, tomorrow afternoon and evening, will be officially opened at 3 p.m. by Mr. R. A. Wright, M.P. In spite of the recent bad weather, rose exhibitors have means of protecting their prize blooms and several valuable trophies are>. further incentive to such effort. Intermediate classes for western suburbs growers will attract further competition. The cut-flower classes, are always well supported, and the women's and children's decorative sections will be outstanding features; Afternoon tea will be available, and a sale of flowers will be held at 9 p.m.
