TURKEY, IRAK, IRAN, AND AFGHANISTAN
(Received December 1, 2.20 p.m.) ISTANBUL, November 30. The Afghan Foreign Minister state 3 that an important pact is to be signed very shortly at Teheran by Turkey, Irak, Afghanistan, and Iran. There is no indication of its terms.
