STAG ON LINE
KILLED BY RAILCAR
(By Telsjtraph—Press Assoctation.l CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. A stag and a railcar collided on the Midland line early this morning, two windows being broken jta the railcar and the stag being killed. The vehicle, which left Christchurch at 2.30 a.m., was delayed 38 minutes, but the time was made up on the rest of the journey. A second railcar left as relief at 4 a.m.
