Cricket and Deficit were scratched at 12.27 today for .all engagements at the Auckland Meeting.
LICENCE REQUIRED
Under the Race Meetings Act, 1909, the Wellington Racing Club is required to apply for a special licence to hold the t\vo racing parades at Trentham on Saturday, when the new electric totalisator- will be officially tested. •
