A FAST FINISH
LORD SEMPILL'S MONOPLANE
(Received September 23, 10.40 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day. Four and a half hours after leaving Charleville, Queensland, 825 . miles away, 'Lord Sempill's monoplane arrived at Essendon Aerodrome last evening. An attempt will probably be made to lower the Melbourne to London record for a commercial aeroplane on the return journey.
