PHYSICAL TRAINING
COMPULSION IN FRENCH , SCHOOLS PARIS, September 18. "In the ; interests of national defence," the Government will shortly introduce a Bill making physical training compulsory for all young persons' attending French schools, under a system graduated according to ages. The latter portion of the training will be under army instructors.
