TOO MUCH RESPONSIBILITY (Received September 18, 2 p.m.) LONDON, September 17. George Nepia, the former All Black, has resigned the management of the Streatham Rugby League team, feeling that the responsibility is too great and is affecting his play. He will continue to act as captain.
