7,744,472 IN BRITAIN (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 16. Latest statistics show that the number of wireless receiving licences in Britain in August was 7,744,472. The "Morning Post" says that the saturation point was formerly believed to be about 10,000,000, but it is now estimated at nearer 12,000,000, and that, in anticipation of s steady increase in the number during the next few years, further programme developments are in prospect.
