YOUNGER MAGISTRATES (Brlt'sh OBcial Wireless.) . RUGBY, September 16. The need for younger Magistrates in closer touch with the youth of the country on the new Juvenile Court panels to be appointed on November 1 is urged in a Home Office circular issued throughout the country.
