VISIT TO BALMORAL
ROYAL ARRANGEMENTS

The King, who according to present arrangements is leaving on Friday for Balmoral, transacted State business at Buckingham Palace today. Among his Majesty's visitors was Sir William Clark, British High Commissioner in the Union of South Africa, who is re[turning to South Africa after leave,' The King also received Mr. H. T. Seymour on his appointment as British Minister at Teheran, and Mr. E. F. Guy on his appointment as British Minister at Caracas, Venezuela. His Majesty is expected to stay three weeks in Scotland. The Duke and Duchess of Kent, who will have just returned from the Continent, will probably accompany the King to Balmoral, where 'the Duke and Duchess of York, with the Princesses Elizabeth and Margaret Rose, and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester will greet them.
