Wright, Stephenson, and Co., Ltd., report that at the Masterton sale yesterday ewes with lambs at :foot and store Sheep met a firm; demand, although 'competition' "was not particularly keen. Pigs: Good weaners, 20s to 21s; medium weaners, 17s to 19s 6d; small weaners, T3s to 16s 6d; slips. 23s to 265; porkers, to 38s 6d; sow with litter, to £4. Dalgety and Co., Ltd., entered a medium entry of stock, making the following values: — Sheep.—Light fat ewes, 255; prime Eat awes, 27s 3d; Cattle: Backward waiving dairy cows, £3 10s to £4 2s 3d; springing heifers, £5; store dairy :ows, £2 6s. Pigs: Small weanerSj 13s 3d to 15s; weaners, 16s to 18s.
