TAUBER AGAIN.
Richard Tauber is back in England and is making another picture, "Pagliacci." After that he will make a further film entitled "Land Without Music"—the story of a country where music is banned by the ruling princess. Tauber arrives and proves how wrong she was. You'll usually find Tauber quite happy on the set while making a picture. He sings to the electricians and cameramen to while away the time. He doesn't talk much —and prefers German, anyhow. In his youth he studied to become a director and composer, and switched to singing later. He is 43 years old, Austrian by birth, and has been a member of State Operas in Berlin, Vienna, and Dresden.
