GEORGE BRENT FLIES,
George Brent has flown from Hollywood to Longview, Washington, with a location unit under William Keighley to make what are described in the dispatch as "ice jam. scenes" for "God's Country and the Woman,'' in which Brent will appear as leading man. The picture is to be based on the novel by James Oliver Curwood, and it will be filmed in technicolour throughout. Robert Barrat will have an important part. The Curwood novel has been adapted for the screen by Warner Bros.
