MORNINGTON LADIES' CLUB
The results in the first rounds of the Mornington Ladies' Club championships were as follows:—Seniors: Mrs. Wells beat Miss ITs-ris, 5 and 4; Miss Simpson won by default from ;Mrs. Bilderbeck; Mrs. Barton beat Mrs, McNabb, 1 up :t the nineteenth;. Miss Robertson beat Mrs. Stratmore, 4 and 3. Juniors: Miss Grenside won by default from Miss Mvii; Mrs. Sly won by default from Mrs. Winchester. The draw for the semi-finals, to be played next weekend, is.as follows:—Seniors: Mrs. Wells v. Miss Simpson; Mrs. Barton v. Miss. Robertson. Juniors: Mrs. Andrews v. Miss Grenside; Mrs. Sly v. Miss Bruntqn. A bogey competition will be played in conjunction. The following will play as drawn: ' Miss Kilworth and Miss Muir; Mrs. Winchester and Mrs. Bilderbeck; Miss Harris and another.
