STRATHMORE PARK LADIES' CLUB
The final of the Strathmore Park Ladies' Club's senior championship was won by Mrs. Farmer, who, in beating Mrs. Hatrick with 4 and 2, scored a well-deserved win.
In the second round of the junior championships the following were the results: —Mrs. Mac'hu beat Mrs. Walmsley, 6 and 5; Mrs. Richards beat Mrs. Scott, 5 and 4; Miss McKay beat Miss Warsaw, 1 up; Mrs/Young beat Mrs. Gray by default. The draw for the semi-final is:— Mrs. Richards v. Miss McKay; Mrs. Machu v. Mrs. Ypupg. The bogey played last Saturday was won by Mrs. Young with 2 down. Next Saturday a stableford will be played, and partners will be arranged at the clubhouse.
