| (British Official Wireless.) (Received September 15, 1.30 p.m.) RUGBY, September 14. Speakers during the weekend included the Leader of the Labour Party, Mr. C. R. Attlee, who at a public meet-1 ing in Cornwall said he believed that the decision' taken by the Trades Union Congress with regard to Spam was absolutely right. It required a great deal of courage to take that decision. He was convinced that non-inter-vention was the best that could be done in the circumstances, provided it could be made effective, and his party would exercise the utmost vigilance to see j that it was made effective. ,
