. Mrs. Paul Colony, wife of LieutCommander Paul Colony, of the American Naval vessel Sicard, is visiting Wellington to see her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fielding.

Lady Perry, Masterton, is staying at the Royal Oak Hotel.

Mrs. Endell Waiiklyn, Christchurch, who has been visiting Wellington, returned south on Monday evening.

Mrs. D. Eardley Feriwick, Bridge Street, Lower Hutt, left last night for a visit to Harinier'Springs.

MissD. Livingstone, Fiji, is" visiting Wellington.

Mr. and. Mrs.. D. McGirr, Raetih'i, Miss P. Candy, Hastings, Miss M. Gunson and Miss U. G. James, Auckland; are staying at the Midland Hotel.

Mrs. W. S. Bean, who has been visiting Relatives in Wellington, has returned to Christchurch. *

Mrs. A. W. Wellstead, Waterloo Road, Lower.Hutt, will leave by the Ruahine for a holiday in England.

Miss Phyllis Candy, Hastings, will leave by the Ruahine for England to visit her brother, Mr. Walter Candy.

Miss M. Murray, Palmerston North, is visiting Wellington.

Mrs. McGregor'Grant, Remuera, vrhc has "been visiting Wellington; has returned to Auckland.
