SECOND A GENTLEMEN'S
PACT

LONDON, July 13. The Vienna correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" reports that Austria and Germany have reached two agreements, but that only one has been published, the other being a gentlemen's agreement, partly of a military nature, which is unlikely to be disclosed. >
It is; asserted in Belgrade that a secret clause forbids the raising of the question of Habsburg restoration for three years and that members of the Habsburg family will not be officially recognised in Austria.
Warsaw foresees imminent settlement of the D.anzig problem.
