EYSTON'S RECORDS

It is announced officially that Captain G. E; T. Eyston broke six world records in the first 1500 miles of his assault at Utah on the world's twentyfour hours' speed record. Four other records have been unofficially broken. Captain Eyston is driving his British racing car, and is assisted by his assistant, A. Denley, with whom he is taking two-hour turns at the wheel. They travelled at an average of 156 miles per hour over the first part of the lap.
Press messages from Utah state that Captain Eyston continues to break records. Today he broke the record for the first 2500 miles, covering the distance at an average speed of 149.439 miles an hour.
