SENIOR B & LOWER GRADES
As the team representing Wellington at Auckland on Saturday was drawn from thie senior A teams there were no senior A hockey games locally, only senior B and lower grades playing. Apart from a cold wind that did not affect play, the conditions were excellent, the grounds being dry and reasonably fast. Results were as follows: — SENIOR B. Wellington 2. Wesley A 1. Wesley B 3.
