FOOTBALL INJURIES
The Wellington Free Ambulance was called out a number of times on Saturday to take injured football players to hospital.
Three Rugby players were injured at Lyall Bay and were' taken to the Lewisham Hospital with concussion. They were Percy Hartnett, of 21 Hailway Settlement, Kaiwarra; K. Allen, of 189 Clyde Street, and Ronald Cameron, of Plimmerton. H. Taylor, of Ngahauranga; P. McEvedy, of Wellington Terrace, and A. Kenny, . of Raroa Road, Johnsonville, were also injured while playing football, and A. McQuarrie, of Dunedin, who was playing in the Association Test match at the Basin Reserve, was taken to hosoital and treated for
