JAPANESE OFFICERS

TOKIO, July 10. Thirteen senior . officers, including Lieutenant-General Kaskii, fprmer commander of the Tokio Garrison, General Hori, former Commander of the First Division, General Hashimoto, former commander. of the Imperial Guard, and General Isawa, former commander of the. gendarmerie, have been compulsorily retired from the service as a result of the attempted military coup last February.
