BOY'S BAD RECORD

A boy aged 15, who had escaped twenty-five times from the Weraroa Slate Farm, on the last occasion stowing away to Sydney with another escapee, breaking and entering there, and being deported by the Australian Government, appeared in the Children's Court today before Mr. E. D. Moslcy, S.M., upon a charge of breaking and entering by day and several charges of theft. He was sentenced to detention for three years in the Borstal Institution.at Invercargill. The boy's convictions extended back to 1931.
