A large gathering of local taxi-cal proprietors last night discussed the pro posed rules of the Wellington Tax Proprietors'. At the conclusion of the discussiot in the rules, it was unanimously de :ided to form the association, and tc ncorporate it. The following officers were elected Mr. J. L. Hagen; vice-pre lident, Mr. W. Joyce; committeemen i/tessrs. J. M. Stobart, J. L. Fenton, J Jiddals, and J. McGoldrick. The ap jointments of the secretary-treasurer ind the auditor were left to the execuive.
