DELEGATE TO CONFERENCE
Mr. Harry Atkinson, Commissioner of Patents, Designs, and Trademarks, and. Registrar of Copyright, has been appointed by ■ the Government to be the New Zealand delegate to the forthcoming international Copyright Conference which is to be held in Brussels. He will leave for Europe towards the middle of next month.
