TRAFFIC OFFENCES
Offences against the traffic bylaws were dealt with by Mr. E. D, Mosley. S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today.: For driving cars with insufficient lights, Jack Pevany, James Alfred Wilson, and Thomas Frederick White were each fined 5s and costs. A fine of 20s and costs was imposed on Anthony Welbourne Nelson for failing to give way to traffic. For a similar offence Colin Keith Webster was fined 10s and costs. For driving without a licence, William Robertson was fined 10s and costs. John Vincent Stacey was fined 10s and costs for having no licence, and 10s and costs for having insufficient lights. James Mcintosh was fined 10s and costs for parking on a tram stop.
