AN OLD RECIPE
Danish restaurant-keepers have discovered that Hans Andersen, the fairy tale writer, invented a sandwich with a filling of bacon, tomato pate de foie gras, and horseradish, states an exchange. It is now .served in the fashionable restaurants as a luncheon delicacy and is named Hans Andersen.
