TALK ON GARDENING
The Masonic Hall, Island Bay, was well filled when the Island Bay-Ber-hampore Branch of the League of Mothers ; held a meeting recently.Mrs. Knox Gilmer gave a delightful talk on gardening. After speaking briefly of the importance of using proI fitably the hours of leisure,/now to be further extended,, and explaining how gardening was an admirable pastime, the speaker discussed practical matters, and demonstrated: how.
