Charged with ' being found on licensed premises after hours, Samuel Beattie, Harvey Hughes, . Edward McPherson, George Freeman, William J. Davis, and Squire P.* Shaw were each fined £1 and costs by Mr. W. F. Stilwell, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court on Friday. .. . On a charge of exposing liquor for sale after hours, Elizabeth Quinn and Terence McFebridge (Central Hotel) were fined £2 and costs and £6 and costs respectively. For selling liquor after hours, Luke J. Spellman (Masonic Hotel) was fined £2 and costs.
Frank C. Leahy, barman, on a charge of being found in the Masonic Hotel alter hours, was fined £5 and costs.
Charged in the Magistrate's Court this morning with using obscene language in a public place, George Charles Waterman, labourer, aged 40, was fim:d 10s and costl.
