NIGHTLASS EARNS A SPELL.— After failing to race, up to her track efforts lately, Nightlass, a three-year-old daughter of the Mel~ bourne and New Zealand Cup winner Nightmarch, lias been sent out to the paddock for three or four months. It is her first real respite since she began racing, and she should benefit a lot from it. She is owned by Mrs. W. H. Ballinger.
