STRANDED IN DESERT
RESCUE IN WEST AUSTRALIA

PERTH (W.A.), This Day.
Stranded in desert country and in a serious condition from thirst, five men were rescued midway between the towns of Meekatharra and Wiluna. When they were found two of the men were delirious.
The party became stranded when a motor-truck in which they were travelling broke down.
