OTTAWA AGREEMENT
TERMINATION BY INDIA

RUGBY, April 6.
The recent decision .of the Indian Legislative Assembly to terminate the agreement signed at Ottawa between the British and Indian Governments was mentioned in the House of Commons by the Under-Secretary for India, Mr. it A. Butler, who in reply to questions said he presumed that''the' Government of India would in due course give the necessary six weeks' notice. . ■
