LATE MRS. C. A. CHAPMAN
"Mrs. Chapman was prominently connected with many of the social welfare institutions of this district," said the Mayor of Lower Hult (Mr. J. W. Andrews) at the council meeting last evening, when moving 3 vote of sympathy with the. relatives of the late Mrs. G. A. Chapman.
