MOTOR MISHAPS
(Special to the "Eventno Post.") OTAKI, This Day. While returning from Wellington on Saturday J. D. Cooksley's transport lorry skidded and went over an embankment. The driver, Mr. Lundy, received a shaking, and the lorry was slightly damaged. Two cars came into collision at Otaki Railway on Sunday night, one driven by Mr. B. Baker capsizing, while the other, driven by Mr. Allan White, of Wairoa, was also damaged. A passenger with Mr. Baker, Miss Rachel, received cuts to her face, necessitating r stitches.
