"Repairs Wanted" draws attention to the state of Boulcott Avenue, a lane off Boulcott Street. "Why did not the City Council fix it up when it was engaged in repairing Allenby Steps? It would not cost very much to make it good with sand and tar, and the women and children who use the steps would be very pleased."
