NEW BOND ISSUE
CANADIAN RAILWAYS
(Received February 12, 2.30 p.m.) OTTAWA February 11. The Minister of Finance, Mr. Charles Dunning, announces a bond issue of 800,000,000 dollars for Canadian National Railways, divided into an. issue of 2 per cent., to be refunded in seven years, and an issue of 3 per cent., to be refunded in . seventeen years, as a move to save 2,500,000 dol* lars annually.
