OBITUARY
JUDGE WOINARSKI
(Received December 23, 10 ajn.) MELBOURNE, This Day. Obituary.—Judge C. J. Z: Woinarski; of the Victorian County Court of Jurisdiction, and formerly chief prosecutor for the Crown in the criminal court, aged 72 years. His Honour Judge Casimir J. Z. Woinarski, M.A., LL.M.,' .was born at Taradale, Victoria, in 1864, and was the son of Mr. G. Z.. Woinarski of Teschen, Silesia. He was educated at Melbourne Grammar School and •' at Trinity College, Melbourne University, where he won scholarships in arts and law. He was called to the Bar in 1385 and became a K.C. in 1911. He had been a lecturer in law at Melbourne University arid Crown Prosecutor for Victoria,, holding the lattei post from 1908 to 1918 in which year he became a'judge of the County Court of Victoria. He married, in 1898, Miss Lily Agnes Musgrove, daughter of Mr. George Musgrove. • '
