EIGHT BUILDINGS BURNT
AGED WOMAN'S LEAP
(Received December 20, 12.30 pjn.).. SYDNEY, This Day. During a fire which destroyed a hotel and seven other premises at Walgett, Mrs. Coyne, an elderly chef, crawled through a window of the hotel and leaped to the street,.two storeys below. She, is now in hospital and is critically, injured. In less than two hours the fire caused damage estimated at £25,000. Nothing was saved from any of the I eight buildings.
