ENGINEERING POSITIONS

HJr. G. R. Milward, who has been, acting chief engineer of the Southland County Council, w£ today appointed to act permanently in that capacity while.Mr. B. C. Basstian, who has been long associated with the comity as chief engineer, takes ■ over certain special engineering works.
