A circular letter has been received by the council of the New- Zealand Amateur Athletic Association from the International Amateur Athletic Federation that Juan C. Zabala, the Argentine athlete, is under suspension and consequently cannot take part in any competitions, arranged by clubs or organisations: affiliated . to' the federation. . ■ " •■•■■•■
