ITALIANS IN LIBYA
REORGANISATION DECREE

ROME, December 3,
A decree announces the reorganisation of the Italian permanent forces in Libya which at ordinary peace strength will total 20,909 officers and men, of whom 13,017 will be native soldiers. There will also be 305 officers and men seconded from the Italian army.
